This interview, unedited, remained the March 9, 2015 at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine provides different motivations, reflections and thoughts of Professor Cordero del Campillo.El presente artículo recoge una entrevista en profundidad al profesor de la Universidad de León Miguel Cordero del Campillo, abordando su faceta de historiador de la educación en un diálogo entre historiadores que pretende contribuir con un documento de referencia a futuras investigaciones sobre este intelectual y universitario leonés, el cual tuvo la oportunidad de ser protagonista de la historia reciente de la educación en su ciudad natal, protagonizando algunos de los episodios más apasionantes de la época franquista, la transición democrática y la creación y consolidación de la universidad legionense.
