Sumario:Digital work tools require specific legal treatment since the worker is immersed in a new scenario. The means and tools of work place the worker in various situations that if not well managed can affect their basic rights, such as health and safety, right to privacy, right to reconcile their personal and family life with work life, right to disconnection, among others, I refer to digital media increasingly used both in the workplace and personal.
