Descripción
Sumario:[EN] “Puente de Tablas” was an olive oil factory located in Priego de Córdoba (Spain). The original building had been lost due to urban reconstruction around the zone. This article summarizes a study of the primary location and a virtual 3D reconstruction of all the original constitutive and functional elements. An unpublished diagram, found on “Archivo de la Real Chancillería de Granada” and dated from 1802 – a period when the factory was still active – has been used as a reference for the virtual 3D model. In addition, other resources have been considered, such as the following: (a) the original building remains, (b) the archaeological studies in the area, (c) similar buildings located in the province and (d) the latest techniques for measuring heritage by means of a laser scanner.
