Descripción
Sumario:This paper presents the finding of a working area with dolia defossa in the Roman villa of “El Collet” (Calonge i Sant Antoni, Baix Empordà). The dolia were connected to a channel made of imbrices. First, the paper presents a detailed analysis of the stratigraphy of the zone aiming to date the use of the space and relate it with the known phases of the villa, and it is calculated the volume of one of these dolia. After that, a petrographic study is done. Finally, some hypotheses about its use are shown, being the most likely possible the one that relates the dolia with a heated space, maybe a bath, found immediately to the north of the working area
