'The secondary character in the film CIFESA' analyzes and stresses the importance, from a narrative point of view, the supporting character in both the film story and cinematic context being analyzed (the 1930, 1940 and 1950). In addition to the narrative point of view, there is also the empirical analysis of the evolution of the secondary characters in the productions of CIFESA. Valencia film production began its journey in the Second Republic and became the company related to the most important film under Franco. In addition, their high productive and distributive capacity remains currently the most important in the history of Spanish cinema. The process of analyzing the secondary character covers different theories and models that have evolved over the history of the narrative, still referring exposed during the twentieth century. Therefore the actantial analysis, model roles and stereotypes that develops each child, are analyzed in terms of the different turning points of each cinematographic work, ie core and satellite events. The aim of this thesis is to enrich the cinematic panorama investigative nationwide, highlighting the figure of secondary important figure in the Spanish collective imagination.

'El personaje secundario en el cine de CIFESA' analiza y destaca la importancia que tiene, desde un punto de vista narrativo, el personaje secundario, tanto en el relato fílmico como en el contexto cinematográfico que se analiza (las décadas de 1930, 1940 y 1950). Además del punto de vista narrativo, hay que añadir el análisis empírico de la evolución de los personajes secundarios en las producciones de CIFESA. La productora cinematográfica valenciana comienza su andadura en la Segunda República y se convierte en la empresa vinculada al cine más importante durante el franquismo. Además, por su alta capacidad productiva y distributiva sigue siendo actualmente la más relevante de la historia del cine español. El proceso de análisis del personaje secundario abarca diferentes teorías y modelos que han evolucionado a lo largo de la historia de la narrativa, siendo referentes los expuestos durante el siglo veinte. Por ello el análisis actancial, el modelo de roles y los estereotipos que desarrolla cada secundario, son analizados en función de los diferentes puntos de inflexión de cada obra cinematográfica, es decir los sucesos núcleo y satélite. El objetivo de esta tesis doctoral es enriquecer el panorama investigable cinematográfico a nivel nacional, destacando la figura del personaje secundario, relevante en el imaginario colectivo español.[CA] La present tesi doctoral suposa la continuació dels treballs de recerca previs a la realització del doctorat. 'El personatge secundari en el cinema de CIFESA' analitza i destaca la importància que té, des d'un punt de vista narratiu, el personatge secundari, tant en el relat fílmic com en el context cinematogràfic que s'analitza (les dècades de 1930, 1940 i 1950). A més del punt de vista narratiu, cal afegir l'anàlisi empírica de l'evolució dels personatges secundaris en les produccions de CIFESA. La productora cinematogràfica valenciana comença la seua marxa en la Segona República i es converteix en l'empresa vinculada al cinema més important durant el franquisme. A més, per la seua alta capacitat productiva i distributiva segueix sent actualment la més rellevant de la història del cinema espanyol. El procés d'anàlisi del personatge secundari abasta diferents teories i models que han evolucionat al llarg de la història de la narrativa, sent referents els exposats durant el segle vint. Per açò l'anàlisi actancial, el model de rols i els estereotips que desenvolupa cada secundari, són analitzats en funció dels diferents punts d'inflexió de cada obra cinematogràfica, és a dir els successos nucli i satèl·lit.
