Sumario:This dataset includes genotypic and infection status data for amphibian individuals sampled in Picos de Europa and Zamora locations. It integrates immune gene markers (MHC.Pere, Alpe, HPLEU), location, and quantitative infection load data for Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) and Ranavirus (Rv). The table allows analysis of associations between host genotypes, infection prevalence, and pathogen load.
