Sumario:This dataset corresponds to the article "Lipid nanoparticles as an emerging platform for cannabinoid delivery: physicochemical optimization and biocompatibility," published in Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy. It includes experimental data on the development of CB13-loaded lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) prepared using the emulsification-solvent evaporation method. Data include particle size, polydispersity index (PDI), zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency, and stability studies. Biocompatibility was evaluated through cytotoxicity assays performed on NIH 3T3, HEK 293T, and Caco-2 cell lines.
