Descripción
Sumario:[EN] Zagreb is situated in the north of Croatia and is the Croatia's capital and in this moment its population is about 800.000 but in the last years it is increasing. The Zagreb Aquifer system is located in the underground of the city. The groundwater level is found near the land surface. whole population of city has gotten water supply of this system, the system is the only source of potable water of the city. In the lasts years the demand is increasing however the ground water levels are decreasing, the aquifer is not sustainable now. A long the years a lot of researches have been written about Zagreb aquifer system and in the nowadays the knowledge system is large. It is an alluvial aquifer and the geology and its boundary have been studied a lot. Some before researches show that the aquifer and river have a correlation but until this data it hasn t been studied hard. Firstly, the characteristics aquifer will be studied: geographical, geology, pedological, hydrogeology, climatic characteristicas, sava river basin because if the statistical tools show a high correlation, also we will be able to do physical correlation. Secondary, Before to correlation and due to the large amount of data, it was done a cluster of them, selecting those data which made a homogeny cloud of observation wells. After that, the aim of this thesis is to test stream-aquifer connection by using correlation coefficients in the different areas of the aquifer. In addition, different correlation will be made for each season in order to see the influence of the season in the correlation, the coefficient correlation tools will be: Pearson, Spearman, P-value, t-test. After it was done the spatial interpolation of the point correlation information using the software ArcGis through different methods like: Inverse Distance Weight, Spline, Natural Neighbor. To end, we will be able to see the how effects of the flow management Slovenia in the aquifer system. The results show that river and aquifer have a high correlation during 10 months along the years however in the last two months the aquifer lost the correlation.
