Descripción
Sumario:We report data of interest on six species of Chrysomelidae for the faunistic knowledge of the Iberian and Balearic faunas. Lythraria salicariae (Payk.) and Hermaeophaga ruficollis (Lucas) (Alticinae), are quoted for the first time in the Iberian and Balearic fauna, respectively. Further geographic Iberian sources are given for Otiothraea filabrensis (Cobos) (Clytrinae). Aphthona espagnoli Král. Chaetocnema major (Jacq.) and Longitarsus tunetanus Csiki (Alticinae), which spread noticeably the geographic areas of these rare species. Moreover, some findings respect to their host plants are indicated and discussed.
