Renal impairment [estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 ml/min/1.73 m2] prevalence in the ASAS-COMOSPA cohort was 5.2% and was associated with age, HLA-B27 positivity, and inflammation in the multivariate analysis. Data are scarce on the prevalence of renal involvement in SpA with evident heterogeneity, ranging from 0.1% to 11.3% of the cases.Journal of Rheumatology Publishing Co.
