Four of the microcosms (the «normał» ones) were illuminated in their upper hałf and four (the "reversed" ones) in their lower half. Two microcosms from each group were stirred by means of vertically oscillating netlon grids attached to a small motor [...] Leptocylindrus danicus, Skeletonema costatum, Nitzschia closterium, Thalassiosira spp., Scripsiella trochoidea, Eutreptiella sp., Mesodinium, Prorocentrum micans, Prorocentrum triestinum, Gonyaulax excavata [...][ES] Se llenaron 8 microcosmos cilíndricos con agua de mar procedente del puerto naútico de Masnou (Barcelona). Cuatro de estos microcosmos fueron iluminados en su parte superior y cuatro en su parte inferior.
