The depositional system consists of alluvial fans systems related laterally to the lacustrine facies. In the first evolutionary stage it is produced a sedimentation of distal alluvial areas under arid climatic conditions. After this period, and in relation with a more humid episode (about 2000 BP) it starts the lacustrine stage. The installation of a shallow carbonated lake takes place and the lake reached its maximum of depth (4 m). Finally, from 1837 cal AD it is produced a decrease of the depth of the water in relation with a more warm and dry clime. The third stage of saline carbonated lake that happens nowadays took place.
