Sumario:Geberit is a global leader in bathroom solutions and sanitary technology with its headquarters located in Switzerland. One of Geberit’s marketing strategies is to train installers and planners in the correct use and installations of its products. A tool that the company uses for this are hydraulic towers. These towers are large steel structures in which various sanitary products and pipes are installed and several real-case situations are demonstrated. Their key feature is the transparency of the drainage pipes, which makes it possible to clearly observe how water flows inside them. This provides a practical and visual tool for teaching best practices in building drainage systems. Currently, Geberit lacks standardization and clear guidelines for constructing its hydraulic towers. This often leads to inefficient processes when a sales office decides to build one. This master thesis, along with the “Hydraulic Towers Manual”, aims to address these issues by providing clear and standardized guidelines. This project aims to study Geberit as a company and its business model, with a particular focus on its training activities and, specifically, its hydraulic towers. Following this, the thesis will include research on the particularities of these structures and a detailed description of the steps followed in the development of this project. This constitutes the first part of the thesis. The second part of the thesis presents a basic design proposal for a model hydraulic tower that could be implemented in any of Geberit's sales offices. This section involves conceptual development and decision-making for the model hydraulic tower, including the dimensioning of its steel structure and pumping station. Additionally, it includes the 3D modelling of the tower in Revit, a budget estimation, and an analysis of the project's sustainability and ethical implications.
