| Resumo: | This study analyses how children and teenagers, who live in a CRAE (Residential Centre), practice Sports and Physical Education. The main aim is to show the benefits of sportive practice on this collective, as well as giving proposals and ideas to increase this practice, so these individuals can reach a proper knowledge and skills for their good living and development in life. The human resources taking part in this study are; our children and teenagers, the tutors, the coaches and the instructors. The results are collected through interviews and surveys. During our research we get evidences that sportive practice improves their lives, but at the same time we can detect weaknesses: choosing the activities, the methodology that is used, excessive competitiveness, the lack of monitoring the evolution of the child or teenager. Eventually, it’s presented the proposal “Let’s move the Carrilet. Let’s have fun with physical activity and sports” |
