| Sumario: | This paper focuses on the management of research and development projects, which have been growing rapidly in recent years. A literature review identifies the main common factors affecting project management. A framework for management action is also proposed, taking into account the special nature of this type of project. Finally, a series of tools and solutions are identified and described with the intention of avoiding the problems previously identified. |
