Descripción
Sumario:This experiment is part of the project "Analysis of the contribution of endophytic bacteria to the tolerance mechanisms of halophytes to salinity and climate change (PID2021-124750NB-I00)." In this specific work, they analyze the bacterial communities associated with soils, rhizosediment (soil-root interface), and within six halophyte species (three hydrohalophytes and three xerohalophytes). Therefore, the dataset includes reading data (amplicom), diversity indices, and soil physicochemical parameters.
