| Sumario: | The family caregiver and dependant person are the main figures and the focus of the study. The support given by the family to the dependant person is important when normal situations are altered by disease or any other circumstance. This support focuses on the role of caregiver, emerged from the dependent person's immediate circle; He is the one who paid attention in the first instance, with dedication and affection. Caregiver support is not just physical, therapeutic or instrumental, aspects well worked from the health world, but also undertakes and agrees with the dependent person. Take care requires a minimum of affection between the caregiver and the person receiving the care, involves responsibility, effort, time, consistency and authenticity in the interaction that is established. The current thesis includes the dependent person and their caregiver as a center of attention, given the relationship that is established between them, the emotions and affection. Measuring emotions helps to understand the positive aspects of care. We think of the dependent person and your caregiver as the central axis of a system that must take into account the well-being of the individual dependent but also of the person in care and, therefore, their relationships and affections.
