Resumo:The inclusion of social groups, as well as the justification of their rights and their scope, presents problems of indetermination of their content in the Spanish constitutional text of 1978. The purpose of this study is to propose a critical reflection on the debate that arises about the recognition of Social Rights in the legal framework of the 1978 Constitution, as well as its content and scope, through the different protection systems, regulated in the sectoral development laws. Consequently, it is necessary to adopt collective decisions on a framework of profound social changes./n
