Descrição
Resumo:The aim of this project is to optimize a novel nanodispositive based on silica mesoporous nanoparticles (MSNs) for genome editing in human cell lines, using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. It focuses on the synthesis and characterization of the mesoporous silica nanparticles capped with the CRISPR/Cas9 plasmid. The work is focused on the optimization of the CRISPR/Cas9 plasmid construction, which targets green fluorescent protein (GFP), as well as on the optimization of the GFP editing conditions in human cell lines using the MSNs as a carrier for plasmid delivery.
