Sumario:[EN] The question of trade connections in Mauretania Caesariensis during the Roman period has, until now, taken little account of the archaeological evidence, the dominant approach being mainly based on the epigraphical evidence and literary sources. However, recent feld work has allowed us to compare previous approaches with the archaeological evidence, in particular the ceramic remains. This paper aims to take stock of the published ceramic contexts and to propose a new economic and diachronic interpretation of this documentation
