Sumario:The general objective of this research is based on analyzing the influence of European Union law on migrant workers in the economy and tourism. The research is documentary, analytical - synthetic. From the analysis of the legislation, it could be shown that the European Union's migration policy does not include or consider migrant workers what generates them to enter the field of irregular work and the underground economy. In the same way, another effect is produced, which is that tourist indices are disguised due to the migration that this means uses to stay permanently in the host country
