Description
Summary:The data files are organized in different folders and subfolders corresponding to each of the figures in the paper. Each of the folders contains the data necessary for the reproduction of the corresponding figure. We also include several MATLAB scripts for facilitating the plotting of some data: - 'Calculate_TDDFT_isosurfaces': calculates and plots the isosurfaces of TDDFT induced densities from the calculated data, such as the ones in Figures 1, 4, and 5, from the corresponding '.mat' files containing the 3D induced charge densities. This script requires the MNPBEM Toolbox for MATLAB. - 'Plot_TDDFT_isosurfaces': directly plots the isosurfaces of TDDFT induced densities, such as the ones in Figures 1, 4, and 5, from the corresponding '.txt' files containing the 3D isosurfaces. - 'Plot_HDM_isosurfaces': plots the isosurfaces of HDM induced densities, from the corresponding 'faces.txt' and 'verts.txt' files. Isosurfaces with 4 different values (20%, 40%, 60% and 80%) are plotted together to obtain the final images in Figure 4. - 'Plot_HDM_2D': plots the 2D cuts of the HDM induced densities, from the corresponding 'faces.txt', 'verts.txt', and 'dens.txt' files.
