Sumario:The great strategic and geopolitic value of the Roman city of Iulia Libica was the fact that the urbs was placed in the most important passage of the Oriental Pyrenees, more than 1,220 m high, and near the Segre river, in Hispania Citerioris. Architecturally we can speak about the decorative programm of the forum and its temple.
