Sumario:This paper studies the specific jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union on the so called green electricity, issued in response to the questions referred for a preliminary ruling on the compatibility of the legislation of the Member States regarding various principles and rules of Law European, such as the prohibition of state aid and restrictive measures of competition, the imposition of taxes on these sources, the territoriality of national promoteon measures and the legal certainty that regulatory changes must offer to the investors.
