Forthe 83 controlled litters, the number of boon alive was 5.0 and the number of weaned was 3.0 per litter (30 days). From weaning to the age of 115 days, average daily growth was 25g. Slaughter, performed by the breeder itself, was realised when live weight of rabbits was between 2.2 and 3.5 kg (73 % of the observations). Productivity if a rabbit doe extrapolated to one full year was 18 slaughtered youngs for a total of 52kg alive.[FR] Les auteurs décrivent les performances de production enregistrées pendant 8 mois dans un élevage libanais de 55 femelles et 8 males. L'alimentation, identique pour tous, était constituée d'un aliment granulé pour vache laitiéres (14,5% protéines, 11,5% cellulose, diamétre 4mm) distribué a volonté, complémenté une fois par jour avec du foin de luzeme. Les reproducteurs n'avaient pas de génotype défini et un poids adulte estimé a 4,0 kg enviran (3,76 kg a 180 jours). Pour 83 portées suivies, la taille de portée étaient de 5,0 lapereaux a la naissance et de 3,0 au sevrage (30 jours). Entre le sevrage et 115 jours, la vitesse de croissance était de 25 g/jour. L'abattage, réalisé par réleveur, était effectué lorsque les lapins avaient un poids de 2,5 a 3,5 kg (73% des cas).
