Sumario:[EN] This article is of great interest for two reasons: in the first place, it explains the restoration process on a unique building dating from the heroic time of the Modern Movement. This process followed a strict, painstaking methodology based on the concept of authenticity. In the second place, in a detailed analysis of his posthumous work, it reveals facets of Adolf Loos’s architectural beliefs never before discussed.
