Resumo:Raw data of research article "Effect of biphasic in vitro maturation (CAPA-IVM) on EGF receptor and embryo development of prepubertal goat oocytes according to follicle size" The objective of this study was to assess the effect of CAPA-IVM on oocyte competence of prepubertal goat oocytes derived from small (< 3 mm) and large (> 3 mm) follicles. In experiment 1, oocytes were cultured for 6 h in pre-IVM medium with the meiotic inhibitors CNP and estradiol (CNP group) or without them (control group), and GV rate and chromatin configuration were assessed. In experiment 2, oocytes were cultured in conventional IVM (c-IVM) or CAPA-IVM (pre-IVM followed by c-IVM) and blastocyst development, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) protein expression in oocytes and cumulus cells (CCs), and intra-oocyte ROS and glutathione (GSH) level were assessed. Dades brutes de l'article de recerca "Effect of biphasic in vitro maturation (CAPA-IVM) on EGF receptor and embryo development of prepubertal goat oocytes according to follicle size" L'objectiu d'aquest estudi va ser avaluar l'efecte de CAPA-IVM sobre la competència ovocitària dels oòcits de cabra prepuberals derivats de fol·licles petits (< 3 mm) i grans (> 3 mm). En l'experiment 1, es van cultivar oòcits durant 6 h en medi pre-IVM amb els inhibidors meiòtics CNP i estradiol (grup CNP) o sense ells (grup control), i es va avaluar la taxa de GV i la configuració de la cromatina. En l'experiment 2, es van cultivar oòcits en IVM convencional (c-IVM) o CAPA-IVM (pre-IVM seguida de c-IVM) i desenvolupament de blastocist, expressió de proteïnes receptores del factor de creixement epidèrmic (EGFR) en oòcits i cèl·lules cúmuls (CC), i es va avaluar el nivell intraoòcit de ROS i glutatió (GSH).
