Sumario:[EN] The goal of this thesis is to perform a contemporary approach to the concept of time in architecture. One hundred years ago, physics demonstrated the relationship between time and space. Space does not exist without time nor time flows without space. Therefore, they cannot be studied independently of each other. And we believe it is of great importance. However, if time and space are so intertwined, why doesn't time receive as much attention? We work with time because it is inherent to concepts such as space, light, path, evolution; but we don't project time in a conscious manner. Space can be an architectural element, light can be a flowing material, but what is time in itself? There is no architecture without time. We cannot inhabit a space in which time does not exist. We cannot travel a path that does not exist. We all experience time, but we are not as able to analyze it as other elements that conform architecture. The architect works with space, light, beauty or proportion because he knows them. However, this is not applicable to time. There is not a definition or concretion. When we speak about time we are unsure if we are talking about aging, the time it takes to build or the time of promenade. This research intends to claim time as another tool for the architect. This thesis intends to create a tool for the analysis of time in architecture. The formulation of a structure that allows the understanding of how projects work with time and allows the architect to comprehend and use time in favor of architecture.
