| Sumario: | [EN] The aim of this paper is focused in the legal analysis, specially from a competition law point of view, of the value-sharing clause established for the agricultural sector by the Regulation (EU) 2017/2393 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2017, taking in account the earlier provision in the sugar sector, the Directive (EU) 2019/633 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on unfair trading practices in business-to-business relationships in the agricultural and food supply chain and the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulations (EU) N.º 1308/2013 establishing a common organization of the markets in agricultural products, from which it can be concluded a gradual extension in the use of these mechanisms, which is accompanied by the exemption from the application of competition rules |
