This integration did not mean he separated from his own community; rather, he combined his collaboration with members of the Jewish community with his professional activities in the service of Christians. [ES] Abrahán de León, personaje documentado en el siglo XV en Ourense y Ribadavia, dedicó casi 50 años de su vida a profesiones relacionadas con el cobro de tributos y a la administración del dinero. Vivió integrado dentro de la sociedad cristiana, donde alcanzó una gran consideración social, llegando a ocupar los más altos cargos dentro de la administración de la casa condal de Santa Marta de Ortigueira donde, además de ocuparse de los asuntos económicos, se encargó de la administración y representación del conde.
