Sumario:The European Broadcasting Union presented in 2014 a report on PSM values in order to establish a self-assessment framework of intangible indicators for Public Service Media. Value and impact indicators have become one of the present challenges for public services and organizations. The article presents a proposal based on the EBU tool, comparing and assessing accountability strategies of three Spanish regional broadcasters: EITB, CCMA, and CRTVG. All of them report on financial, management, and governance data via their corporate websites, while also increasing transparency measures for institutions and competitive markets.
