Descripción
Sumario:[EN] In this paper the biochemical method of “Aspergillus Niger” has been put up to date by recopilating the formulae of the culture mediums used, as well as the purification and valoration techniques. This method is applied to the determination of Cu and Mg in a number of acid and alkaline natural and culture soils, at different profile heights. We also use this valoration to determine the same elements in cultivated and spontaneous plants. As a consequence of the determination mentioned we make up a classification of the soils examined according to the amount of Cu and Mg found so as to show their degree of deficiency in those elements. We also classify the vegetal species according to the amount of the reference elements and are able to show maximum, minimum and mean figures.
