Sumario:[EN] In the middle of the 8th century, the author of what is now called the Mozarabic Chronicle of 754 stressed the importance of the council called in Toledo during the third year of Sisenand’s reign, and noted the presence of Isidore and Braulio.25 This was the Fourth Council of Toledo, held in 633, at which Isidore played an important role. The council dealt with a disparate series of matters, and Isidore’s influence on it is clear.
