Resumo:In this paper, we will deal with realize a study of the thematic concerning to develop- ment in reference to the original notion of progress, showing the limits of his continuity and rupture as soon his socials implications, specially to configurate socials and techno- logycal basis of the industrial society. From the suppositions of this study, we introduce the repercussions and implications that those technologycal advances attaching to development have on education and, in very significative way, determinates extra-scholastics educatives events. At this rate, the educative answer, it is conclude, will have too importants consequen- ces in order to configurate our own social environment, as into a national as international scale.
