| Sumario: | Numerous protocols to communicate Medical IoT (i.e., IoMT) devices exist. However, the security aspects are not fully solved. This thesis aims to analyse existing security limitations among the different components of an IoMT and proposes the implementation of application level solutions utilizing open-source software whenever feasible. Subsequently, appropriate security measures will be implemented to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the generated information, with the inclusion of an access mechanism to regulate the retrieval of sensitive data. |
