| Sumario: | [EN] In such a competitive scenario and continuous evolution of university education, it is essential to offer an adequate tool for the development and monitoring of the different competences that students acquire during their training. In this framework, vertical ERP systems, using educational software,, have favored in more than 350 institutions worldwide the creation of a collaborative and learning environment with multiple communication functionalities between professors and students. These management systems allow to build long-term affiliation processes with the possibility of implementing new modules according to the needs. However, although significant advances have been made through its applications, there are still many potentialities that remain unexplored. This article evidences the need to monitor the development of the specific and transversal competences of the students to provide a teaching service that is as close as possible to the particular needs of each student. To achieve this goal, this article proposes a methodology implemented through vertical ERP systems, which favor the dynamic interaction between students and the Academy, as well as the interpretation and understanding of the obtained results. |
