| Sumario: | The dataset contains the raw data, in FastQ format, of the sequences used to optimize the script "NCR-mtDNA_ampliconbasedngs", available in the GitHub repository named "DanielRCA/NCR-mtDNA_ampliconbasedngs". The dataset includes 163 samples (15 present-day samples and 148 ancient samples from before the 20th century).
