Optical frequency drift measurement using a birefringent medium and a polarimeter
[EN] A simple technique to measure the frequency drift of monochromatic optical sources based on the polarisation change caused by a birefringent material is demonstrated. Preliminary experimental results show a resolution of 0.8 pm.
