| Resumo: | The TIR-FOR International Commission, within the International Union of Academies, is developing an online map of the Roman world based on the documentation accumulated during the project’s one hundred years of history. The article explains this digital application, consisting of a database with a map viewer, a public website, an administrator website and a powerful advanced search facility. It will be indispensable as a research and outreach infrastructure for the Roman world intended as a large-scale collaboration between countries. |
