| Summary: | This Final Master’s Project focuses on the comparative analysis of working conditions in the hospitality industry in the provinces of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas, two prominent tourist areas in Spain. The differences, similarities and areas for improvement in the working environments of these provinces are examined, with the objective of obtaining a global vision of the labor situation in the Canary Islands. Through this analysis, the aim is to promote the design of more effective policies and the improvement of the quality of life of employees. This approach is important because tourism is one of the main sources of income in the islands, and labor conditions directly affect the quality of services offered. |
