Sumario:It is obvious, that the law of our day has undergone continuous development since the nineteenth century to date, which have outlined those institutions that have an impact within the social life and who report a strong interest to safeguard the remarkable social relations that due its significance acquire new nuances, or manifest themselves through unimagined aspects inthe past, and now require legal requirement in order to guarantee the commercial traffic and legal certainty necessary for social development; of this magnitude are institutions such as personality rights, which are split into fundamental in many legal systems and moral damages, if originally was exclusively his custody and repair of natural persons; the legislation itself compared to recognize legal persons subjects of law, enjoins both subordinate to recognize their property damage and independently existence; work to gaps and legislative omissions has corresponded to him by right to the jurisprudence as internal interpretative complement of contemporary legal systems.
