| Sumario: | This paper presents the design of a guide inventory control, through the processes of the company HOME & STYLE, dedicated to the commercialization of articles to finish construction. The inventory of goods are goods that belong to a company, to market to them; first buying them and selling them later without undergoing any further processing. The essential part of the research is focused on improving inventory management, which contain a number of provisions ranging from receipt of the merchandise in the store, through registration, accommodation, preservation, conservation and culminating in the sale client. The main objective of this document is to guide procedures for inventory control management tool that allows achieving efficiency in the process of registration and control of the goods. The project is feasible, research is in the field, as it occurs in the place of the events, the types of research that applied were: exploratory, descriptive, explanatory and evaluative, the instruments used for the collection of information are: the survey and interviews, the survey was conducted by five employees of the company Home & Style, while the interview was conducted at the owner manager. The proposal is a guide which contains a number of provisions that allow the manager of the company and the workers know the tasks and responsibilities in their care, such as physical handling of the goods, the issue of accurate, timely information and reliable employees to be provided for proper decision making by management. |
