| Sumario: | The definition of this management model is designed to provide teachers and Directors of Educational Units or Board of Education guidelines and procedures for the implementation of technological tools as support tools in the teaching-learning process in educational establishments of San Cristobal. The design of this model was based on the study and analysis of technological tools that have been applied in other Latin American countries in education, and access to the technology that exists in the province of Galapagos. For the development of this model began with the definition and analysis of the baseline , starting with the definition of the problem tree through which the difficulties in the implementation of technological tools in education was identified. SWOT was used as a tool of strategic analysis to identify the factors which have to work and put more emphasis to achieve successfully implement the use of the tools in the teaching-learning process. |
