Descripción
Sumario:In the present work bioethanol was produced from corn residues in the province of Imbabura-Ecuador. It has been used corn residues specifically of the type "Zea mays l" (Improved Chaucho) that is produced in the province of Imbabura. Its feasibility was determined in terms of its possible production in terms of available biomass. Ethanol has been characterized in an E10 mixture that is 10% ethanol and 90% Super Gasoline, to determine its feasibility in its use for the engine as a fuel, having satisfactory results
