Sumario:The main objective of this research work is to analyze the results of gamification as an evaluative innovation tool in the "Thomas Russell Crampton" Educational Unit. The problem aims to answer the question: How does gamification influence evaluation within the teaching-learning processes in the students of the Unified General Baccalaureate of the "Thomas Russell Crampton" Educational Unit? Based on the methodology, a survey of documentary and practical information was carried out. Data collection was obtained through the application of forms made in Microsoft line tools, which allowed generating a hypothesis that was later statistically tabulated with the SPSS tool. In the development of the research it was possible to show that the teachers when applying gamification, as an innovative tool in the evaluation, obtained highimpact achievements in the students. By applying the chi-square method, the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis was concluded, hence the need to maintain and work with greater emphasis on energizing the evaluation process of the Unified General Baccalaureate students of the Educational Unit was clearly visualized " Thomas Russell Crampton", since the results are highly positive for our research.
