| Sumario: | In the Ecuadorian criminal system it is possible to identify inconsistencies in matters of social rehabilitation, which are related to legal, technical and administrative. Apparently, the criminal direction, in this field, which seeks that the persons deprived of liberty are reintegrated into society, does not consider the reality of the inmate, turning his gaze to disciplinary indoctrination, inspired by models prisons lacking knowledge of the vital experience of the penitentiary population. |
