Sumario:In the last decade, the Ecuadorian financial market will become very dynamic due to the constant interaction between the state and private sector companies causing has greater flow circulating in the economy and thus the use of alternative sources of financing for investment. Thus the capital market in Ecuador has developed by leaps and bounds because processes such as securitization portfolio both consumer and real estate and cash flow have become an excellent financing alternative for small and medium enterprises. In the present research is to demonstrate that this method of financing is less expensive and more powerful when compared to that offered by traditional financial institutions such as banks and credit union.
