Sumario:The main objective of this research was to describe and analyze the dimensions of burnout syndrome, as well as the implementation of “SADHANA” relaxation program, to face the syndrome in the administrative personnel of health office number 3, these were funded in a scientific and theoretical way. The research carried out was non experimental because the variables were not changed, the type of study was quantitative, descriptive, correlational and transversal; while the research methods were: scientific, analytical, synthetic, inductive, deductive and descriptive. The instruments applied for data collection were: Psychological test which used MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory), this consisted on two techniques, the first was the evaluation of three indicators such as: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment; those were measured according to burnout categories, these were: high, medium and low; the second technique was the medical survey, this was carried out in order to know the medical evaluation of the labor job. The population to be studied was 67 people: 42 women and 25 men respectively. “SADHANA” relaxation program is planned for 12 sessions which are based on 3 techniques: Asna Postures Technique, Tao Equilibrium, and Ujjavy technique. With the implementation of the sessions, it was possible to overcome the burnout syndrome in a progressive way, decreasing in this way the labor stress symptoms causing benefits in organs, glands and neuromuscular system to go together with the mental function in order to ease the harmony with nature and relieving the tension, preoccupation and pressure of the day improving in this way the labor and interpersonal relationship. With the use of the program, it will be possible to face the psychological risk on the people studied, reducing in this way the burnout syndrome effects and improving the safety and health conditions of the administrative personnel.
