It is intended to encourage the students about the significant usages involved in studying tasks, so that their effort is more rational, conscious and they feel greatfully with their performance. The main objective is to develop a methodological strategy for training the student´s habits related with the intercultural education system, taking into account the overall conditions of their social development. Chapter 1 contains the epistemological foundation related to the topic, chapter 2 establishes the methodological proposal with elements, and chapter 3 develops the proposal validation and results visualization. This researching job has a qualitative approach, and a certain quantitative implication; it uses both an observation file and a survey, that were aimed at students at eighth, ninth and tenth years students of fiscal education institution “Edmundo Carbo”. The studying is concluded from experts and users validations. The survey has been adapted to the need for this investigation of the Study Habits Inventory, to evaluate studying habits.La temática en esta investigación se fundamenta en el estudio de los hábitos educativos de los estudiantes del subnivel básica superior, hábitos que han sido inculcados en las instituciones educativas desde los primeros grados, sin embargo, la realidad actual ha demostrado que en su mayoría han dejado de ejercer hábitos para las actividades académicas, o los ponen en práctica pero de manera deficiente. Se pretende incentivar al discente sobre la significativa ayuda que implica habituarse al estudio, de tal forma que su esfuerzo sea más racional, fructífero y se sienta realizado dentro de sí mismo. El presente trabajo de titulación tiene por objetivo elaborar una estrategia metodológica para la formación en hábitos educativos de estudiantes del sistema educativo intercultural, tomando en cuenta las condiciones globales de desenvolvimiento de los mismos. El capítulo 1 contiene la fundamentación epistemológica relacionada al tema, el capítulo 2 establece la propuesta metodológica con sus elementos, y en el capítulo 3 se desarrolla la validación de propuesta y visualización de resultados. Este estudio posee un enfoque cualitativo, en mayor medida, con una cierta implicación cuantitativa; utiliza tanto una ficha de observación como una encuesta, dirigidas a los estudiantes de octavo, noveno y décimo grados de la institución educativa fiscal “Edmundo Carbo”. De las validaciones de expertos y usuarios se concluye la viabilidad del estudio. La encuesta ha sido adaptada a la necesidad de esta investigación del Inventario de Hábitos de Estudio, para evaluar los hábitos de estudio.
