Sumario:Comprehensive language is very important for children between the ages of 3 and 5 years, being essential an adequate transmission of messages to achieve effective communication with the people around them, in addition to this a suitable pronunciation admits expressing thoughts, feelings, Needs, etc. In view of the above mentioned the research work: Didactic Routes for the development of the comprehensive language of children from 3 to 5 years of the Pekelandia Early Education Center in the period 2016, which could be verified the existence of a Problematic as to the little exchange of words that exists between the students when they enter the Center of Initial Education situation that affects in their self-esteem and turns them into solitary, insecure children disturbing its normal development; So the main objective was to develop comprehensive language in children, through stories, strings, tongue twisters and activities which provided greater security and fluency when communicating. The study population consisted of 40 students. The information was obtained through direct observation with the daily collection of information by means of index cards, allowing to indicate that the dicentes, immediately of the application of the guide of didactic routes, demonstrated with greater security when speaking or conversing, improving their language satisfactorily comprehensive. The objective was verified through the tabulation, analysis, interpretation of the data and the application of the statistical test of Chi Square. It is possible to say that with the use of the guide of didactic routes it was able to improve the children's comprehensive language skills, so it is recommended to use it in other students of similar age, for having proved useful for strengthening the Education at the initial level.
